Jessica L. Giannetta

JESSICA L. GIANNETTA is a founding partner of Giannetta & Enrico, LLP.  After 15 years of experience, Ms. Giannetta has intentionally tailored her practice to include transactional and bankruptcy matters only.  She focuses her transactional practice on creditor representation and real estate matters, representing financial institutions and other lenders in complex loan transactions and debt restructuring agreements while providing landlords and property owners with exceptional representation in commercial leasing and other real estate transactions.  In her bankruptcy practice, Ms. Giannetta represents creditors in all stages of the various chapters and proceedings.

Ms. Giannetta was born and raised in Fresno, California and returned to her home town to pursue her legal career after completing her education.  Ms. Giannetta graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and English, with an emphasis in Writing and Rhetoric.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2004 and is admitted to practice law before all state and federal district courts in California.  Ms. Giannetta is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the Real Property Law section of the California Lawyers Association.  She previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of United Way Fresno and Madera Counties from 2019 to 2022.
