
Lori L. Enrico
LORI L. ENRICO is a founding partner of Giannetta & Enrico, LLP. Ms. Enrico devotes the majority of her practice to advising banking and corporate clients on a wide variety of contracts and transactional matters. This includes drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and loan documents and workout agreements, customizing PPP and deferral agreements, and advising out-of-state lenders on their California collateral rights. She also acts as general counsel to both for profit and non-profit corporations, provides her clients with legal advice on day-to-day issues, and acts as a creditor's attorney in bankruptcy matters. In addition, Ms. Enrico acts as local counsel for national banking institutions and other creditors in collections matters in the Collin County Courts at Law. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, cum laude, where she earned the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences Academic Distinction Honor Award. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2009, with Dean's List Distinction. She obtained her license to practice law in Illinois in 2009, California in 2010, and Texas in 2022. She is admitted to practice before the Northern District of California Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California Bankruptcy Court, and Eastern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court.
Ms. Enrico previously acted as Director of Corporate Transactions and Associate In-House Counsel for a multi-million dollar Central Valley hospital and healthcare system. She is a repeated recipient of the Wiley E. Manuel Pro Bono Certificate from the State Bar of California for her pro bono work with Central California Legal Services. She previously served as a board member and the President of the Central California Bankruptcy Association, and is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the Real Property Law Section of the California Lawyers Association and Texas Bar Association. Ms. Enrico is also a member of the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel.
